At Dover Saddlery, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within a year of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is in new condition with original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Complete the Return Form
Locate the return form included with your original packing slip and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.
- 2.Pack Your Items Securely
Place the items you wish to return, along with the completed form, into the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all equestrian gear is clean and dry.
- 3.Attach the Shipping Label
Use the pre-addressed SmartLabel included in your package for easy shipping, or choose your own carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; please allow 5-10 business days for processing once it arrives at our warehouse.
